The fermented soy product Tempeh is a highly protein-rich foodstuff but remains virtually unknown on the German market. The development of the brand YOSOY encompasses appealing user- and eco-friendly packaging design as well as a multimedia communication concept. The innovative presentation is aimed at making Tempeh more well-known and at creating incentives for ecological nutrition. This has the overall aim of replacing meat with soy products, which can make a significant contribution to reducing greenhouse gases.
