Team Radbahn Berlin
The Radbahn U1 project (Bicycle Path U1) is working towards the realisation of Berlin first predominantly canopied bicycle path. The vision encompasses a 9 kilometre-long path from Bahnhof Zoo to Warschauer Brücke, connecting the districts of Charlottenburg, Schöneberg, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. The project will make travel by bike more enjoyable and safe, whilst reinforcing Berlin’s green credentials as a cycling city. Moreover, it is hoped to make a contribution to reductions in emissions – for adjacent neighbourhoods and beyond.
