»Modularity in design is a self-explanatory and process-optimising principle – from manufacturing to installation, repair and handling. DIY culture and topics such as upcycling, which have been growing for some years, encourage users to repair their products to maximize life cycles. The "Quality standards in product design", which are all about a manifestly longer shelf-life, are implemented perfectly in Gabriel Brückner’s and Johanna Gedeon’s project.«
