The carpet and blanket collection MATERIALSTORY uses exclusively untreated wool from local shepherds. This wool is often disposed of after shearing due to falling world market prices. The objective of MATERIALSTORY is to rehabilitate this valuable resource and to create a win-win situation for shepherds and the environment. Newly interpreted handcraft techniques are purposely applied in order to create a unique aesthetic.
