Following their iconic courier bags made from disused truck tarpaulins, the Freitag brothers are now producing durable work pants, work dresses, T-shirts, longsleeves and concept bags from hemp and flax. In terms of water consumption and transport routes, the life cycle assessment of the European bast fibres is significantly better than that of cotton. After being worn, the clothes can be biologically degraded without residues. The trouser buttons can be unscrewed and reused.

The collection, which is made using bast fibres, and even the manufacturing debris is compostable to 100 %. The other materials are modularly connected and can be separated and recycled.«
