The focus of the model project "The Good Life in Veedel" is the mediation of the topic of sustainability in the neighbourhood realm. A print magazine, practical initiatives and the specific involvement of local people reinforces the responsibility of citizens and integrates them in the debate on what constitutes a ‘good life’. Through avoidance of the term ‘sustainability’, the aim is to address also those people without previous access to the subject and in this way inspire them for ecological action.
