Good recycling depends greatly on the proper separation of materials. ALDI intends to make a significant contribution in this area through the clear and self-explanatory separation instructions that will be shown on all own-brand packaging by the end of 2020. The easy to understand, uniform “Tips for the Bin” will help consumers to dispose of their waste in the proper fashion. In this way, they are helping to ensure that packaging is no longer withdrawn from the material cycle, but is recognised as valuable and subsequently reused.
